Mr. Prabhat Gupta is vested with experience of more than 16 Years. He is expertise in Direct Taxation work. He represents all major clients before Tax Authorities. He is actively involved in representing the client before CIT (Appeals) & ITAT.

Mr. Nitin Malik with a long experience of 16 Years, He has worked with premier consulting companies like Deloitte, PKF, B D O- Lodha. He has also worked for World Bank Funded Project in Afghanistan and South Sudan. He also worked with Leading Construction Company in Nigeria and Brewery Plant in Nepal. He is actively involved in Audit (Statutory Audit & Internal Audit). Besides audit he has good experiences in Project Consultancy, Company Law Matters, Taxation Work and Management Consultancy.

CA ASHISH GUPTA

FCA, MFM, CCCAB

Mr. Ashish Gupta is also a fellow member of the Institute having experience of more than 5 Years post qualification. His area of specialization is Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, MIS Reports, which includes preparation of monthly Financial Statements, Inventory Accounting and other Planning for the Clients, Business Process Management, Due Diligence, Risk Management. He possess the specialize knowledge relates to NBFC’s and Stock Broking Companies. He has vast experience work in Africa, Gulf Countries and South American Countries.

Ms. Ankita Gupta is also a associate member of the Institute having experience of more than 4 Years post qualification. Her area of specialization is Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Bank statutory audit, Bank Concurrent Audit etc.

CA URRIN GUPTA

ACA, B.COM

Mr. Urrin Gupta is also a associate member of the Institute having experience of more than 3 Years post qualification. Her area of specialization is Government Audit, Accounting Reforms & capacity building in Government sector and Indian Railways, Implementation of accrual based Double Entry Accounting System in Urban Local Bodies funded by World Bank & central/ respective state government, Outcome Budgeting and other areas.
